Single Product Trial of Fryer Boil Out in CG Food Park, Sunsari

The CIP trial was performed on Brodyea Fryer in CG Food Park and the main purpose was to reduce the CIP process time and achieve higher efficiency. The only product used was SATOL- 350 instead of traditional cleaners like Caustic. The result is posted below in the form of image.

Findings:
I) 100 minutes reduction in rinsing time and 45.139% reduction in overall process time compared to current caustic CIP process.
II) Water saving up to 12KL per cleaning.
III) TDS load on ETP which was 5% previously was reduced to 3%.
IV) Reduced wear and tear of gaskets/ rubber parts as compared to traditional CIP.
